- Would the parts that you source come with full traceability?
- The enquiries that we receive are for the 0.001% of times when there has been so much disruption to our customer's supply chain that the part is no longer available in franchised distribution
- Whilst we may be able to find the parts that are needed in the residual stocks in our network of OEM's, Tier-1s and Tier-2's, it is unlikely that those parts will be offered with full traceability
- That said, all of Ellison's sourcing is done with strict adherence to our ISO certification
- And be accompanied by our in-house CofC (Ellison is ISO certified, audited annually by external assessors)
- And will come with full 12 month warranty
- There does remain the option to have parts tested and recertified - although please note that this may present extra delays as well as further costs
- In order to guarantee delivery of enough stock for our production run, we bought more than our planned useage resulting in surplus. Are you able to bid on this excess?

- Our 4,000 square foot (370 square metre) warehouse has over 300,000 lines of material

- Lists of surplus can be assessed and feedback given 2 working days

- Our excess stock is confidential and we do not want our competitors to know what levels of surplus stocks we have.

- Do you export your products outside of the UK?
- Yes, exports make up the bulk of our sales. We export anywhere in the world as long as you are ITAR compliant.

- You sometimes quote old date code parts – are your parts used?
- No, our parts are all in new condition.
- The parts and components may well be old, but they are unused.
- They were previously being held as residual spare parts by our network of partners.
- For the auto-spec material, these are OEM's, Tier 1's and Tier 2's.
- For DFAS material, our partners are UK MoD Prime and sub-contractors.
- All parts come with in-house Certificate of Conformance (please note that we are ISO Certified, audted annually by external assessors).
- Do your DFAS items come with traceability?
- We are able to offer in-house Certificate of Conformity.
- Full traceability is available on some of our DFAS items – please contact us for details.
- How quickly can your stock items ship?
- Stock items can ship the same day
- Availabilities can take longer - this will be communicated to you in advance.

- Your shipment can be made either on your courier account, or we can arrange it via UPS, Fed Ex or DHL at an additional charge.
