Do you export your products outside of the UK?

Yes, exports make up the bulk of our sales. We export anywhere in the world as long as you are ITAR compliant.

You sometimes quote old date code parts – are your parts used?

No, our parts are all in new condition. The parts and components may well be old, but they are unused. They were previously being held as spares by UK MOD Subcontractors before we purchased them.

All parts come with in-house Certificate of Conformance.

Do your items come with traceability?

We are able to offer in-house Certificate of Conformity.Full traceability is available on some of our items – please contact us for details.

How quickly can your stock items ship?

Stock items can ship the same day, but availability may take up to seven days. Contact us for particular information.

How do you organise the shipping?

You shipment can be made either on your courier account, or we can arrange it via UPS, Fed Ex or DHL at an additional charge.

Where can you ship to?

We export anywhere in the World as long as you are ITAR compliant.

How many components do you stock?

We are one of the UK’s premier stocking distributors of obsolete, legacy & hard to find mil-spec electronic components with over 100,000 line items ready to ship same day, with more being added on a weekly basis!

What kind of electronic components and materials do you provide?

We specialise in electronic components for defense and aerospace sectors. These include (but are not restricted to!) actives (IC’s & semiconductors etc), passives (capacitors, resistors etc), interconnects (connectors, pins etc), RF/Microwave devices, valves, magnetrons, radar & avionic spares.

Effectively, if you are maintaining the electronic systems of defense or aerospace equipment that were originally designed or manufactured in the UK, we will be able to help you source the parts.

What payment methods can be used?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, bank transfer & letter of credit for larger value purchases.

 

Although we do not offer a facility to pay online via this website, we are able to securely process your transaction if you contact us.

We are ISO 9001:2008 certified & are audited annually. Our NCAGE Code is KCR34.

Using the relationships that we have built up in our sector it is very often possible to find residual stocks of the part that you need from our approved suppliers. Please feel free to forward your enquiry to us and let us try!

Do you offer a kitting service?

We offer a kitting service for our regular customers. This can represent significant advantages in terms of cost-savings, lead-times & MOQ’s.
